症状

所有类型的肺动脉高压 (PAH) 的症状可能相似，并且随着疾病的进展，症状通常会加重。肺动脉高压的症状可能包括：

- 头晕

心电图 (ECG)

超声心动图

PAH 诊断的金标准
右心导管检查
如果初始测试结果指向 PAH，医生将安排右心导管检查（通常称为“右心导管”）。右心导管检查是明确诊断 PAH 最准确、最有用的检查方法之一。这是唯一能直接测量肺动脉内压力的测试方法，所有患者至少应接受一次右心导管检查，以确认患者的 PAH 诊断。在测试过程中，医生通过患者腹股沟或颈部大静脉插入导管（细橡胶管）。然后将导管送入患者心脏，测量右侧心肺的血压。
血管扩张剂研究（急性血管扩张剂试验）
